Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing exceptional support to both patients and dental staff. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and customer service expertise, making it essential for maintaining a welcoming environment for our patients.

Duties

Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently to optimize office flow.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation review to ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare and present care plans to patients for treatment conversion.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Perform dental office management tasks including billing, insurance verification, and payment processing.
Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and responding to messages promptly.
Marketing responsibilities to maintain and expand referral relationships.

Experience

Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not required.
Direct Marketing or sales experience is preferred
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
Strong customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
