Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our fee for service modern dental practice. All digital office, CBCT, digital x-rays. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong foundation in general dentistry. This role involves working collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care. The Associate Dentist will play a key role in enhancing patient experiences and outcomes while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for all patients.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures.
- Utilize practice works software for patient management and documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
- Foster a positive environment for patients, especially children, by demonstrating empathy and understanding in pediatric dentistry.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and general dentistry principles.
- Experience or familiarity with endodontics and root canal therapy is preferred.
- Proficient in medical documentation practices and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software is an advantage; training will be provided if necessary.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
