Immediate Hiring: Experienced Front Desk Administrator

Are you a former dental assistant with over 5 years of front desk experience? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at following systems and scripts, and take initiative to get the job done? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Front Desk Administrator

Locations: White Plains & Riverdale offices

Start Date: Immediate

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of front desk experience, preferably with a background as a dental assistant

Proficiency in filing insurance claims and managing patient schedules

A proactive go-getter who doesn’t wait for things to come to them

Ability to follow established systems and scripts diligently

Excellent communication skills, especially with new and existing patients over the phone

Skilled at handling last-minute cancellations and fighting for appointments using scripted techniques

Compassionate and concerned approach to patient care

What We Offer:

Starting pay of $26/hour

90-day probation period with performance review

After successful completion of probation and meeting metrics, $2/hour raise

Further increases possible every 90 days based on performance and metrics improvement
