Job Description:
Assist with Coordinating Dental Events to include but not be limited to packing dental materials and equipment.
Assist in ordering dental materials and managing inventory
Assist in scrubbing Soldier dental rosters to schedule treatment
Assist in recruiting for events
Manage travel arrangements for staff; flights, car rentals, hotel, etc.
Coordinate meals for scheduled events
Coordinate with CEO for administrative needs
Answers phone and emails
Assist with HR to coordinate administrative needs
Tasks may vary depending on the needs of the company
Must be able to travel
Must be able to pass a Federal Security Clearance
Qualifications
- Proficient in chairside assisting and dental terminology
- Experience with general dentistry procedures
- Knowledge of prosthodontics, endodontics, and aseptic techniques
- Familiarity with EMR systems, including Eaglesoft and Dentrix
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and dental receptionist duties
- Ability to perform X-rays and manage vital signs in a clinical setting
