We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Dental Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple dental practices within the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple dental practices within the designated region.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across locations.
- Collaborate with dental teams to achieve operational goals, including patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and support dental practice managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Implement strategies to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Analyze key performance metrics and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the region.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide feedback to senior leadership on regional performance and business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the dental industry.
- Strong understanding of dental practice operations, business management, and industry regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental software and practice management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed. (opportunities of relocation)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
