We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Dental Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple dental practices within the region. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple dental practices within the designated region.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards across locations.
Collaborate with dental teams to achieve operational goals, including patient satisfaction, productivity, and financial performance.
Lead, mentor, and support dental practice managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Implement strategies to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Analyze key performance metrics and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
Work closely with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the region.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Participate in strategic planning and provide feedback to senior leadership on regional performance and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the dental industry.
Strong understanding of dental practice operations, business management, and industry regulations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dental software and practice management systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed. (opportunities of relocation)
