Sonrisa Family Dental is currently seeking experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team! We have several positions available!!!

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Dental Receptionist's for our amazing team and help to cultivate our continued success. This is an exciting time to join if professional growth is something you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial matters, as well as overall daily office functions
Assist with, and participate in signing patients up for treatments
Mentor, coach, train, and supervise the Office staff creating a positive and productive working environment
Manage and handle insurance collections
Monitor production, collection and receivables on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
Strong scheduling experience
Understanding of how to drive revenue as well as motivate team towards daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Supervise in training new employees
Manage inventory, office supplies, dental supplies, and labor costs
Must be organized, task oriented and a strong multi-tasker.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years previous Dental Receptionist experience is a MUST
Medicaid experience required
Experience with Dentrix
Fluency in Spanish
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Unafraid to step into various roles and wear different hats
Well-spoken and able to communicate efficiently and effectively with staff, patients, and Doctors
Large, fast paced office experience
