Front Desk Receptionist – Private Dental Office

Location: Carlisle, PA 17013

Are you a friendly and organized professional looking to join a warm, supportive dental team? Our family-oriented private dental office in Carlisle is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice!

We’re seeking someone who is:

Easy to train and highly organized

Compassionate and patient-focused

A team player with excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients

Managing phones, scheduling, and patient communication

Verifying insurance and handling patient records

Supporting the clinical team and maintaining smooth office flow

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM (first patient at 8:00 AM)

No evenings or weekends – never later than 4:45 PM!
