Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our computerized systems.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues as they arise.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions as needed.
Support administrative staff with various tasks as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong data entry skills with proficiency in using computerized systems.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
