What You’ll Do

● Be the welcoming face and voice that guides patients through their dental all on x implant journey

● Build trust and confidence quickly by leading meaningful conversations with patients and those supporting them

● Uncover what patients truly want and help them see how we can deliver it

● Present treatment options clearly and persuasively

● Discuss finances with ease, offering clarity and reassurance

● Follow up to ensure every patient feels supported and cared for along the way

Who You Are

● Naturally enthusiastic and confident, people feel at ease around you

● Comfortable guiding conversations and helping others make big decisions

● Results oriented, persuasive, and motivated by success

● Great at balancing empathy with professionalism

● Energized by working with people all day, every day

Preferred Experience

● Sales experience, with the ability to move conversations forward and close with confidence

● CRM experience, comfortable tracking and following up with leads

● Open Dental experience is helpful but not required
