Dental Receptionist

Currently looking for a full-time front desk receptionist, at a well established busy private dental office. The candidate will need to work with other receptionists, and therefore dental experience is not a must but is preferred.

Duties include answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling, verifying benefits, entering insurance payments, discussing treatment with patients, and running database reports.

Qualifications

Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation
Experience with EMR systems, particularly Epic and Dentrix
Knowledge of patient assessment and general dentistry practices
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management
Understanding of prosthodontics and relevant dental software, such as Eaglesoft
Strong organizational and communication skills in a dental office setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
