Regional Manager of Operations
Location: Multi-site (Initial focus: Hudson, WI | Spring Lake Park, MN | Decatur, MI)
Reports To: COO/CEO
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000

We’re looking for a Regional Manager of Operations to join our dynamic and growing group of doctor-owned dental practices. Unlike traditional DSOs or corporate dental chains, we support independent, local practices with professional operational management—allowing our clinical teams to focus on delivering exceptional care.
Who We Are:
Founded by Drs. Tom Birong and Dave Severson, our group partners with small-town practices to bridge the gap between private practice and corporate dentistry. Our goal is to bring together the best of both worlds: the autonomy and patient focus of private practice, with the support, systems, and scalability of a high-performing organization.
What You’ll Do:
As the Regional Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, cultural leadership, and overall performance of our practices. Initially, you’ll support offices in Hudson, WI, Spring Lake Park, MN, and Decatur, MI, with your territory expected to grow to 8–10 offices across MN, WI, and MI over the next two years.

Lead the Charge: Supervise and energize multiple dental practices, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch patient care.

Build a Winning Culture: Foster a positive work culture that aligns with our core values and create a team environment where patient satisfaction and employee growth thrive.

Drive Financial Success: Oversee the practice budgets, monitor financial performance, manage P&L, analyze data, and craft strategies to keep our practices financially healthy.

Train and Support: Provide hands-on training, recruit amazing team members, and solve problems with ease (even if it’s not always so easy).

Build Positive Communication Between Offices & Ownership: Act as a bridge between individual offices and ownership/management, ensuring transparent, positive, and productive communication and promote collaboration across offices to encourage the sharing of best practices & celebrate successes of all teams.

Strategic Planning: Following the EOS model, participate in EOS meetings to ensure operational alignment with company goals while contributing to long-term strategic planning and collaboration with the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For In You:

5+ years in Operations management or multi-practice management, preferably in the health care or dental industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial skills to demonstrate understanding of business metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Passion for creating an exceptional work environment and delivering stellar patient care.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework.
