What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and exceptional service.
Lead, develop, and support team members across all roles, including front desk, assistants, and hygienists.
Manage schedules, performance reviews, training, and staffing needs to meet operational demands.
Monitor financial performance, including production/collections, budgets, and P&L reports.
Oversee billing, insurance verification, collections, and A/R management.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.
Handle patient concerns professionally and ensure clear communication regarding treatment plans and financials.
Collaborate with the clinical team and ownership on strategic initiatives to grow the practice and enhance patient care.
Support marketing and patient retention strategies, including recall systems, local outreach, and online presence.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of management experience in a dental setting
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Business-savvy with the ability to track and drive key performance metrics
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and hands-on when needed
Committed to long-term growth and operational excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
