We are looking for a skilled back office regional manager to join our rapidly growing group of 5 star dental practices. You will work hand in hand with our amazing lead regional back office manager who currently over sees all back office functions for multiple offices. This position will require travel to multiple locations within the Los Angeles and Ventura area. You will oversee ordering of supplies and budgets, coverage of dental assistants in offices, training and recruiting of new back office positions, ongoing training and continuing education in addition to all other duties required to successfully run a back office in the dental field. Hands on 1 on 1 training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to grow professional and financially with our family owned group of dental practices.
