We’re currently looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our admin dream team. If you have dental front office experience and love helping patients understand and schedule their treatment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to person for presenting and scheduling treatment plans with confidence and clarity
Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
Handle scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient communication with care and accuracy
Support the front office team with daily flow, scheduling, and communication

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year dental front office experience required, treatment coordinating experience a big plus
A warm, clear communicator who’s confident discussing money and insurance
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at juggling multiple tasks
Team player with a growth mindset and a genuine love for helping people
Fast-paced, patient-first energy and a positive attitude

Pay & Perks:

$18–$23+/hr (DOE) + a reliable bonus system
