We are a growing practice looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure exceptional service for both patients and staff.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to oversee daily operations of our Schoharie location. The ideal candidate will have dental office experience, a passion for patient care, and the ability to foster a positive, professional team culture.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day front office operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient relations
Manage and train front office staff to ensure efficiency and excellence
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Coordinate with clinical team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
Monitor collections, accounts receivable, and production goals
Serve as liaison between staff and management

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience required
Proficient in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing procedures
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday

FRIDAYS - ADMIN DAYS / NO PATIENTS

Reports to: Practice Administrator and Practice Owner
