We are currently hiring for a full time Dental Hygienist to work at the dental facility at the: FCI Phoenix located in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, the Dental Hygienist perform various advanced and specialized oral prophylactic and preventative dental hygiene procedures on patients to include, ambulatory, non-ambulatory, medically, mentally, physically compromised and dental phobic patients. Examine patients' oral cavity to include mouth, throat, and pharynx, and record conditions of teeth and surrounding tissues.
Requirements:
- Must have an Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
- Must have (2) years of experience of a Dental Hygienist
- Must have a current, full, active and unrestricted license as a Dental Hygienist
- Must have a BLS certification with the American Heart Association
