Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our team at Manassas Dental Smiles. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while utilizing cutting-edge techniques. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence in dental care.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Administer dental procedures including extractions, fillings, and preventive care.
- Utilize Dentrix and Epic software for patient management and record keeping.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong background in general dentistry with experience in pediatric dentistry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Familiarity with dental software Open Dental is a plus.
