We are a privately owned, full-scope dental practice offering exceptional general and advanced dentistry—including full-arch implant cases (All-on-4/10), IV sedation, surgical procedures, and clear aligners. We're seeking a high-performing, confident Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help lead the front office with clarity, compassion, and skill.
What You’ll Do
This is a high-impact, patient-facing role that blends advanced treatment coordination with front office leadership. You’ll be the linchpin of the patient journey—from consultation to case acceptance. Responsibilities include:
- Presenting complex treatment plans, including All-on-4/10, implants, clear aligners, sedation, and surgical care
- Educating patients, discussing financial options, and building trust
- Collecting patient portions and arranging financing with empathy
- Scheduling, insurance verification, and end-of-day reporting
- Managing new patient conversion and case follow-up
- Collaborating closely with the doctor and clinical team
- Leading with a positive tone and contributing to team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recent experience as a dental Treatment Coordinator
- Expertise in presenting advanced treatment and navigating dental financing
- Working knowledge of implants, full-arch prosthetics, IV sedation, and clear aligners
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Experience with Open Dental
- Organized, self-managed, and tech-savvy
- Patient-centered mindset with professionalism and leadership presence
What We Offer
- Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience

- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (34 hours/week)
