Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:15AM-4:45PM Friday 7:15AM-12:45PM

The requirements + duties:
- Dental experience [2 years or more preferred]
- Expertise with Dentrix Software
- Oversee and manage all office personnel, protocols, and procedures, so that the office run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage all office statistics
- Coordinate treatment and scheduling
- Schedule financial arrangements
- Step in as a front desk admin member when needed
- Budget: Monitor and control inventory and expenses of office
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor billing of office
- Marketing
- Supervise and assign tasks to clinical personnel during available down-times
- Hire, train and/or motivate staff to be patient centered
- Plan company events

Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Coordinator who is ready to take their career to the next level by joining our dedicated team of professionals. We are a well-established and thriving, privately owned pediatric dental office focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great dental experience for children. The ideal candidate will have completed a college degree with experience in business and accounting, and will be computer literate. We welcome someone who can excel in a large office environment.
The candidate must be a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player with exceptional customer service and people/communication skills who can take the initiative to promote the practice while overseeing daily operations. Experience in human resources, including managing people and motivating them for success, is required, with a minimum of three years in management.
Duties vary, but will include supporting the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the office, serving as an exemplary leader and employee manager, providing administrative support to the dentist, monitoring business goal metrics, and overseeing front desk systems and the clinical team. Professional demeanor is a must. We are seeking an individual with proven leadership abilities and a strong organizational background. We offer challenge, recognition, and the opportunity to work independently.
