"Seeking a Skilled Dental Office Manager to Lead Our Growing Team"
Reputable family owned dental office looking for an amazing and motivated office manager to join our team! Our privately owned dental practice is a PPO and FFS office in the heart of Oxnard. We are looking for the needle in the hay stack manager who is customer service and goal driven and we offer competitive pay! The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a dental office manager, have a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology, dental procedures and should understand productive doctor and hygiene scheduling, collections, treatment coordination and maintaining business systems. This candidate must have amazing customer service and phone skills. This is not an entry level position and experience in a fast paced office is a must!
Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor staff members to help them achieve their career goals
Able to increase revenue each year & profit; controlling costs to meet monthly goals and budgets
Ensuring office compliance, policies and procedures (OSHA, HIPAA, Code of Safe Practices & HR)
Partner with Managing Dentist and Associates to promote clinical and administrative leadership
Support growth of the practice by implementing marketing strategies internally and externally
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6 years of dental office management experience
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards
Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
Able to present and close financial arrangements
Hands-on experience with basic computer softwares (Excel, word, google drive etc.)
Knowledge in finance, human resource management, and principles of business preferred
Computer literate / Dental software programs
Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred
