Family dental practice seeking full time practice manager!

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments to maximize provider efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage office supplies, dental materials, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Patient Experience
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment for all patients.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Monitor patient flow and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure front desk processes are executed accurately, including patient check-in/out, insurance verification, and treatment plan presentation.
Financial Management
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and collections.
- Oversee billing, insurance claims processing, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and analyze financial and production reports to support operational decisions.
- Work with the doctor and regional management to meet production and collection goals.
Team Leadership & HR
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front office staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture with accountability and growth.
Marketing & Growth
- Support efforts to grow the practice through community outreach, patient reviews, and referral programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as new patient growth, reappointment rates, and case acceptance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dental office management or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and empathy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
