Our team is more than just a group of professionals; we are a community of dedicated caregivers. Many of our staff—including 7 doctors, hygienists, assistants, and patient care coordinators—have been with us for years, growing alongside our loyal patients. Together, we strive to become the best versions of ourselves to better serve others.

We’ve recently expanded into a state-of-the-art, 4,200 sq. ft. facility near Santa Clara University with 12 operatories. Now, we’re looking for a passionate practice manager to lead and grow with us.

About You:

You might be the perfect fit if:

- You have 5+ years of experience in dental office management and understand the complexities of running a busy, multi-doctor practice.

- You’re passionate about building a cohesive, motivated team and excel in leading through change and growth.

- You have experience with HR, staff development, operational systems, and a strong desire to optimize processes for patient care and team collaboration.

- You’re seeking an environment where you can thrive while supporting others in reaching their full potential.
