New Age Braces is seeking a motivated Orthodontist to join our thriving Cupertino practice. This unique opportunity begins as a part-time associate role (2 days per week), working alongside Dr. Chen and learning the systems, patients, and culture of the practice. Over time, your schedule will grow into a full-time role.

About Dr. Chen

Dr. Chen brings a unique perspective to orthodontics through his strong foundation in science and engineering. In 1993, he graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University as a member of the prestigious Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, earning his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering. His background in biomechanics and biology provides him with unique insights into designing orthodontic treatments that are both precise and effective.

Known for his warm demeanor, deep clinical knowledge, and patient-first philosophy, Dr. Chen has dedicated his career to blending science, art, and compassion in orthodontics. As he looks toward transitioning ownership, he is eager to mentor the right orthodontist who will carry on his legacy of excellence.

Qualifications

· DDS/DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school

· Certificate of completion from an accredited U.S. orthodontic residency program

· Current, valid California dental license

· Other certifications as required (CPR, DEA, etc.)

· Excellent communication and chair-side skills

· Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and practice growth

· Willingness to learn and incorporate Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs) into everyday patient care to achieve superior results not possible with traditional orthodontics

· Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus (to better serve our patient community)

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,800.00 per day

Expected hours: 16 per week
