Amherst Dental, a privately owned dental practice, is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join and lead our growing team. With two dedicated owners who work chairside daily and a collaborative team of 28 dental professionals, we are proud to offer exceptional care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the practiceManage employee recruitment, onboarding, and training

Lead HR functions including scheduling, performance management, and employee relations

Handle payroll processing and accuracy

Coordinate insurance credentialing and maintain compliance

Implement and refine systems for operational efficiency

Organize and lead regular staff meetings

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of dental office management experienceProficiency with Eaglesoft practice management softwareStrong leadership and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
