Compensation and Schedule
Competitive salary of $2000 or 25% of Collections whichever is greater
$40,000 signing bonus
$5,000 moving reimbursement
$2000 CE reimbursement
4-day per week schedule
Mal-practice Insurance Reimbursement
Medical Coverage in full
Two Weeks of paid leave per year
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, prevent, and treat dental malocclusions and oral irregularities
- Develop customized treatment plans, including braces and clear aligners
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment expectations
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Stay updated with advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies
Requirements
✔ DMD/DDS degree and certification in Orthodontics
✔ Valid Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
✔ Strong technical and interpersonal skills
✔ Passion for patient care and creating beautiful, confident smiles
✔ Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
