Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in managing phone systems, and have a solid understanding of data entry processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent support to both staff and clients. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization in daily tasks
Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Assist with data entry tasks to keep records up-to-date and accurate
Support the team with clerical duties including typing correspondence and reports
Act as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating communication across departments
Provide administrative support to executives as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order

Experience

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred
Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and document management
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required
Experience as a personal assistant or similar role will be beneficial
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele
Proficient in using computer systems and office software applications
