We are looking for a friendly energetic Dental Receptionist to join our practice. Straight Finish Orthodontics has been creating the perfect smile and building self-confidence for our patients since 2008. We emphasize on welcoming our patients to the Straight Finish Orthodontics family with open arms and getting to know them on a personal level. While we love creating amazing smiles, we’re just as enthusiastic about the relationships that grow during treatment. Position Overview:

As the Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with patient inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

o Warmly welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.

o Schedule patient appointments, optimizing the orthodontists' schedules for efficiency.

o Handle incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and appointment requests.

o Verify and update patient information, including insurance details.

o Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

o Confirm and coordinate patient appointments via phone, email, or text.

o Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.

o Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.

o Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and needs.

o Collaborate closely with the orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications:

o High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or office administration certification is advantageous.

o Dental Receptionist experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

o Ability to speak Mandarin.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

o Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.

o Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

o Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service.
