A well-established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking an experienced and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. This is a full-time, in-office position with an immediate start date. This candidate has previous dental experience and is comfortable using Eaglesoft software. This position plays a key role in delivering a smooth and welcoming patient experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Duties

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Manage all front desk duties including scheduling, phone coverage, and patient communications
Verify insurance benefits and assist with pre-authorizations
Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
Maintain updated and accurate patient records
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Eaglesoft
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office

Skills

Front desk experience in a dental setting
Proficiency in Eaglesoft dental software is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
Strong multitasking abilities and a professional demeanor
