Regional Manager — Austin, TX
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our growing team and lead operations across multiple practice locations within the Austin region. This critical leadership role supports smooth operations, drives growth and profitability, and ensures exceptional patient and team member experiences.
About the Role
As Regional Manager, you will oversee 16+ practice locations, facilitating the implementation of new initiatives, acting as a trusted resource for patients, doctors, team members, and the community. You will build strong relationships, coach and develop practice teams, and serve as a cultural ambassador for the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with doctors across the region
- Coach and develop team members at multiple practice locations
- Lead cultural engagement and monitor team morale
- Oversee operational performance, tracking key metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Manage staffing levels according to each practice’s needs
- Drive strategic initiatives and proactively present ideas to leadership
- Ensure an outstanding patient experience at every location
- Support new affiliation integrations and smooth adoption of new processes
- Manage scheduling and doctor coverage
- Conduct quarterly visits and hold weekly leadership discussions with each practice
Your Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years multi-practice management experience overseeing at least 8 locations (vision, dental, or medical office preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience managing 16+ locations is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving and creative solution skills
- Servant leadership approach with excellent coaching and conflict resolution abilities
- Superior time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Must reside in the Austin, Texas area

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
