Overview
We are seeking a a friendly person who can multitask in a busy office. Person should be detail-oriented and confident in insurance, scheduling and typical front office duties. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient appointments and ensuring smooth operations within our dental office.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Utilize Dental software for managing patient schedules, billing, and other administrative tasks.
Assist with insurance verification and ensuring timely submission and follow-up on claims.
Support front desk operations by greeting patients, checking them in and out as well as collecting necessary information And presenting treatment plans.
Stay updated on dental insurance policies and procedures to assist patients effectively.
Be confident in dental terminology as well as procedures.

Experience

Previous experience in dental administrative support or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with a dental practice management software.
Strong understanding of dental billing processes and patient service best practices.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality is essential.
