We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a welcoming and modern environment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treatment & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

As the Treatment & Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between our clinical team and patients. You will play a vital role in coordinating treatment plans, ensuring patient satisfaction, and developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Coordination:

Present treatment plans to patients clearly and confidently
Discuss financial options and assist with insurance benefits
Follow up with patients on pending treatment and appointments
Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service at every step

Marketing Coordination:

Plan and manage in-office and digital marketing campaigns
Oversee social media, email marketing, and referral programs
Communicate with prospective clients through marketing software
Collaborate with leadership to promote special offers and events
Track and report on marketing ROI and new patient growth

Qualifications:

Bilingual : Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
3–5 years of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting (treatment coordination experience required)
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance verification
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficient with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital marketing tools
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
