Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system accurately
- Verify coverage for patients
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Follow up on patient appointments and confirmations
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical receptionist role required
- Proficiency in dental terminology and knowledge of dental procedures
- Familiarity with EagleSoft software is a required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems
- Ability to provide outstanding patient service in a compassionate manner
