Dental Office Manager – General & Specialty Dentistry

We are seeking a Dental Office Manager who can confidently guide patients through their treatment journey — from diagnosis to acceptance — while making them feel comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Our practice offers comprehensive care including preventive, restorative, and advanced procedures such as dental implants, All-on-X, and full-arch restorations. We are known for our patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and team-first culture.

Your Role Includes:

Explaining complex procedures in everyday language that builds patient understanding and trust
Presenting large treatment plans confidently, including financial breakdowns and timelines
Discussing third-party financing options (e.g., CareCredit, Cherry, etc.) and guiding patients through the application process
Coordinating with front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs and patient satisfaction
Following up with patients to support treatment plan acceptance and scheduling

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in dental treatment coordination
Proficiency with Open Dental software
Strong understanding of third-party financing options and dental insurance
Exceptional communication, empathy, and organizational skills
Comfortable discussing high-dollar treatment plans and closing cases with confidence
A team player who thrives in a growth-oriented environment
