DENTAL FRONT OFFICE

Looking for a SMART team player

Our office is looking to add a skilled dental receptionist to our team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This means that having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential. You’ll greet patients, take their phone calls, and send out emails to ensure their needs are being met.

You will also help our office operate more effectively. This will include completing tasks like scheduling and canceling patient appointments, communicating with insurance providers, refilling office supplies, and filing documents, among others. Dental Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet patients who enter the office warmly
Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments as needed
Assist patients in filling out required forms
Maintain office inventory
Perform office duties such as document filing, scanning, and copying
Assist with administrative duties as needed by Dr. and office manager regarding ongoing projects, office errands and some marketing events
Excellent phone skills, vocabulary and pleasant demeanor are a must

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
