What Your Day Will Look Like:
- A rewarding 10-hour workday where you’ll care for 22 patients with the support of a skilled dental team (1-2 RDA’s + 1 RDA EF2).
- Provide comprehensive dental care: diagnostics, emergency care, preventive & restorative services, endodontics, prosthetics, periodontics, limited orthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Educate patients with personalized oral hygiene guidance and promote preventive care.
- Collaborate closely with the Dental Director and our dedicated team to continually grow and improve our dental services.
- Participate in specialty clinics and deliver training sessions for staff to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- D.D.S. Degree from an accredited university
- Current California dental license and DEA registration
- Valid California driver’s license
- CPR certification (can be obtained post-hiring)
- Preferably 1+ year of experience post-dental school, with community clinic experience a big plus
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of care and promoting teamwork
