Mt. Angel Dental is a progressive, patient-focused dental practice committed to high-quality care and innovation. We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Dental Lab Technician or Dental Assistant to join our team in a full-time role.
Position Overview:
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in dental assisting and/or dental lab work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with digital dentistry workflows—or eager to learn. You’ll be working in a modern, tech-forward office utilizing intraoral scanning, in-office crown fabrication (CEREC), and 3D printing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competently perform digital intraoral scanning
- Design and fabricate CEREC crowns in-office
- Operate and maintain 3D printing equipment used in dental applications
- Assist with lab-related duties such as appliance fabrication and model work
- Support the clinical team with chairside dental assisting when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and equipment organization
- Collaborate with the dentist and team on efficient digital workflows
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental assisting and/or dental lab work
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials
- Positive attitude, team player, and excellent communicator
- Comfort with (or interest in learning) digital dental technology

If you have a solid background in dental assisting, strong foundational dental knowledge, and a desire to grow into digital lab work, we’re willing to provide training on CEREC, intraoral scanning, and 3D printing.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
