About the Role

We’re a modern, patient-focused dental practice that is building a fully digital workflow for restorative and implant dentistry, including same-day solutions and in-house lab capabilities. We’re hiring a HybridDental Assistant / Digital Lab Technician who is strong chairside and enjoys CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, digital design, and milling.

What You’ll DoChairside (≈60–70%)

Assist during restorative, endo, implant, extractions, and oral surgery procedures.
Turn rooms and uphold strict infection control/aseptic technique.
Capture high-quality radiographs; update medical histories and clinical notes in the PMS.
Perform intraoral scans (iTero/TRIOS or similar) and support digital workflows.
Communicate clearly with patients; support front-office flow when needed.

Digital Lab (≈30–40%)

Crown & Bridge: Design in Exocad (margins, contacts, occlusion), mill, stain/glaze, and finish.
3D Printing: Operate SprintRay (or similar) for models, temps, guards, and surgical guides; handle wash/cure and QA.
Full-Arch/PMMA: Help with AOX provisionals (PMMA), records, prototype adjustments.
Digital Dentures: Support scanning, design steps, try-ins, and finishing (experience a plus).
CAM & Maintenance: Nesting/toolpaths, bur/tool changes, calibration, resin/ceramic inventory, printer/mill logs.
Case Coordination: Track the lab queue and due dates; align on shades/materials; maintain organized files.

What We’re Looking For

Responsible, hard-working, and eager to learn with a team-first mindset.
Required: Arizona radiography certification (RHS) and BLS.
Experience:
Dental assisting: 1+ year preferred (motivated new grads considered, or lab technicians looking for more clinical experience).
Exocad strongly preferred (or strong CAD aptitude).
SprintRay/resin printing preferred.
Milling experience (Planmeca/imes-icore/similar) is a big plus.
Intraoral scanning and implant workflows familiarity are pluses.
Able to assist with full-arch implant surgeries.
Detail-oriented finisher with good hand skills; organized and calm in a fast pace.
Spanish a plus.
Physical: on feet for extended periods; move equipment/materials (up to ~30 lbs).
