What You’ll Do

Deliver Clinical Excellence: Place implants, perform full-arch surgeries, overdentures, and prosthetic work with precision and predictability.
Achieve Patient Transformation: Help patients leave healthier, more confident, and fully restored. Success is measured by life-changing results.
Drive Production Growth: Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals by completing high-value implant and full-arch cases.
Collaborate with the Team: Work seamlessly with treatment coordinators, assistants, and the on-site lab to ensure efficient, consistent care.
Maintain Standards: Follow surgical protocols, safety guidelines, and documentation requirements.

Surgical Proficiency: Independently complete full-arch implant cases (All-On-X).
Production Contribution: Surpass monthly benchmarks while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

D.D.S. or D.M.D. required
Proficiency in dental implants and full-arch surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-focused with a commitment to long-term outcomes and relationships
Limited conscious sedation license preferred but not required
