Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented orthodontic assistant/ LDA to join our welcoming team! This is a great opportunity to put your dental assisting skills to work in a specialty setting where you’ll help create confident smiles every day. Pay will be based on experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Take records (photos, X-rays, intraoral scans)
- Help with sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown
- Ensure each patient has a positive, comfortable experience
- Laboratory duties including appliances on a limited basis as needed
- Non-clinical responsibilities as needed:
a. Greeting patients as they come in
b. Answering telephones
c. Scheduling appointments
d. Entering new patients into the computer system
e. Accepting payments for treatment
f. Participating in marketing the practice
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental Assisting Certification (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in orthodontic assisting is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn orthodontic techniques (we’ll train you!)
- CPR certification or willingness to be certified
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, reliability, and a patient-first mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
