We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental treatment planning and insurance. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Experience of at least 3 years in dentistry is required. A great attitude and strong work ethic are musts! You must be organized, willing to take initiative, and have the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist patients with insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Communicate effectively with patients to address their needs and concerns
- Collaborate with the team to ensure quality patient care
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling and data entry

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office software applications, preferably Open Dental
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
