The Smile Company Dental Care, a modern, patient-focused practice in St. Louis, is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team as a Hygiene Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage our hygiene team to deliver excellence in patient care
- Oversee hygiene team performance, scheduling, and development
- Manage and grow our comprehensive periodontal therapy program, including:
- Perio Protect
- Gingival irrigation therapy
- Laser periodontal therapy
- Monitor, maintain, and manage hygiene equipment and supplies to ensure proper function and compliance
- Provide patient education and support to ensure lasting oral health outcomes
- Collaborate with dentists and staff to deliver whole-care treatment planning
✅ Requirements:
- Active Missouri RDH license
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Proven leadership experience managing team members in a dental setting
- Ability to oversee and maintain hygiene equipment and protocols
- Passion for periodontal health, preventive care, and patient education
