Responsibilities
- Perform dental procedures such as dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
- Maintain and update patient records using Dentrix software.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive dental services.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Illinois state dental license in good standing.
- Proficiency in various dental procedures, including prosthodontics, endodontics, restorative dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and aseptic techniques.
- Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay: $235,007.00 - $256,444.00 per year
- Expected Hours: 20 – 24 per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekends as needed
- Location: Woodridge, IL 60517 (Relocation required before starting work)
