We are growing quickly and looking for Three Front Desk Coordinators to join our team. If you are compassionate, professional, and have a knack for making people feel at ease on the phone and in person, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As the Patient Intake & Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients—helping create a warm, professional, and efficient experience.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Greeting, checking in, and welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth.
Managing phones, routing calls, and responding to text messages.
Scheduling and confirming appointments using Dentrix Hub.
Collecting payments and updating patient records.
Supporting patients with intake forms, health history updates, and insurance verification.
Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and organized reception area.
Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow on track.

What We’re Looking For

Customer-focused mindset – you enjoy helping people and creating positive experiences.
Phone communication experience – confident, clear, and professional on the phone.
Previous front desk, dental, or medical office experience preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team environment.
Compassion, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
