What You’ll Do

Manage patient scheduling to keep our days efficient and balanced.
Oversee billing, patient accounts, and payment processing with accuracy and compassion.
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients regarding treatment plans and financial options.
Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience for every patient.
Assist in maintaining organized systems that support our team and reflect our high standard of care.

Who You Are

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
Confident in communication and professional in presentation.
A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced with Mac computers and comfortable learning new software.
Knowledge of dental codes and billing processes is a plus — but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important!
