We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on practice management and office administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.

Schedule: Mon-Thur 9-5; Fri- 10-5, and 2 Saturdays per month- 9-2

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Manage scheduling and utilization of resources to optimize patient appointments and staff productivity.
Supervise office staff, providing training and support to ensure adherence to best practices in patient management.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and treatment plans.
Monitor compliance with JCAHO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management within a medical or dental setting is required.
Strong knowledge of utilization management and practice management principles.
Familiarity with healthcare management practices and relevant regulations.
Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality patient care.
Previous experience in veterinary or related fields is a plus but not required.
