Dental Designs is seeking a Removable Dental Lab Technician to join our full-service dental lab in Lincoln, NE —an opportunity ideal for motivated individuals who may not have prior experience but are eager to build a career in a company that fosters growth and development. This essential role involves the manufacturing of removable dental appliances and requires a foundational understanding of removable prosthetics. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting full arch teeth and partials, processing and finishing prosthetics, and performing other basic removable procedures. While experience is preferred, we offer comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate, providing a clear path to shape your future within our organization.
Essential Job Functions
- Performs all duties for model work.
- Complete tasks such as pouring impressions, duplicating and articulating models.
- Process full dentures, partials, splints, bite rims, and custom trays.
- Maintains and guarantees Dental Designs quality and safety standards.
- Understands and applies techniques within the organization.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit while adapting to changing production needs.
- Review work tickets, prioritize cases and ensure accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
