Northern New Mexico Dental Center is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and patient-centered dental team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality care and teamwork are a priority.
Schedule:
- Full-time (36 hours per week)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $48–$55 (depending on experience)

Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico RDH license
- CPR/BLS and Local Anesthesia certification
- Laser certification is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Open to new graduates
Key Responsibilities:
- Review health histories and conduct oral cancer screenings
- Perform head and neck exams, charting, and record vital signs
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Remove plaque and calculus from teeth
- Apply sealants and fluoride
- Provide oral hygiene education to patients
