Position Overview
Britely is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Traveling Practice Manager to support our growing network of practices across the U.S. This role plays a vital part in guiding patients through the consultation process and leading practice teams toward excellence in both patient care and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader and skilled communicator with a background in consultative sales, treatment coordination, or healthcare management. This position involves extensive travel (approximately 50-70% overnight) to provide on-site leadership and patient support.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead new patient consultations rooted in empathy and understanding
Help patients understand their treatment recommendations and available options
Guide patients toward a financial plan that fits their goals and budget
Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience
Lead and motivate team members to achieve practice goals and KPIs
Manage schedules, workflows, and operational efficiency
Maintain accuracy and organization across all systems and patient records
Support each practice’s continued growth and outstanding reputation

Qualifications

Required: Experience in consultative sales or treatment coordination
Preferred: Background in dental or healthcare settings (training available for the right sales professional)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and coach a team
Willingness and ability to travel overnight approximately 75% of the time
