We're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and families-a role that truly sets the tone for every visit.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts
1 Sunday half-day per month (with flexible weekday adjustment)
On-site in Valley Stream, NY

What You'll Do

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain patient records
Handle check-in, check-out, payments, and forms accurately
Communicate treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options clearly
Support the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Answer phones, coordinate referrals, and follow up on visits
Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain organized documentation
Create a friendly, positive experience for every child and parent

What We're Looking For

1+ year of dental front desk or receptionist experience (Required)
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software (Preferred)
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry is a plus
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Friendly, reliable, and professional under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Spanish-speaking is a strongly preferred
Ability to commute or relocate to Valley Stream, NY
