We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator or Orthodontic Technician (Dental Assistant) who is detailed, ambitious and passionate about guiding patients through their smile journey.

Key Responsibilities & Impact- Treatment Coordinator

The core focus of this role is to manage the new patient experience, educate on treatment options, and drive successful case acceptance.

New Patient Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for new patients, building rapport and trust to encourage case acceptance and a positive relationship with the practice.
Treatment & Financial Presentation: Clearly articulate detailed orthodontic treatment plans and prepare comprehensive financial arrangements, including reviewing and explaining various insurance plans and their impact on financial options.
Contract Management: Prepare, present, and finalize treatment contracts and consent forms; acquire signatures prior to beginning treatment.
Communication: Manage professional correspondence, composing clear and grammatically excellent letters and emails to patients, specialists, and team members.
Team Collaboration: Uphold an atmosphere of kindness, cooperation, and understanding among all personnel to ensure seamless patient flow.

Indirect/Direct bonding for braces
Arch wire adjustments

What You Bring (Requirements & Skills)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or Clinical Orthodontic Assistant.
Qualities: Upbeat, professional, detailed, accurate, and a respectful team player.
Skills: Excellent Communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships with patients, parents, doctors, and staff.
Certification: Current X-Ray Certification (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
